  • Credits Consumed Due to Platform Errors: Refunds will be issued for credits consumed as a result of verified platform errors.
  • Unused Credits Over 5,000: Refunds can be requested for unused credits exceeding 5,000, provided the request is made within 30 days of purchase.
  • User Misuse of Credits: If credits are consumed due to user misuse, such as mistakenly using a feature for an unintended purpose, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • Partial Refunds for Unsatisfactory Results: For services that do not meet expectations, partial refunds up to 50% of the credit top-up may be issued upon review.
  • Credits Purchased Through Promotional Discounts or Bundles: Credits obtained via promotional offers or bundles are non-refundable.

2. Refund Process

  2. Provide transaction details, including the date, amount, and features used.
  3. Clearly state the reason for the refund request.

Refunds can be processed in the following ways:

  • Account Credits: Refunded credits will be added back to the user’s account.
  • Monetary Refunds: Refunds can be returned to the original payment method. Note: Processing fees may apply to monetary refunds.

3. Review and Processing Times

  • Review Period: Refund requests are reviewed within 3-5 business days.
  • Processing Period: Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.

4. Additional Terms

  • Refund requests made after 30 days of purchase will not be considered.
  • Refunds for promotional or discounted credits are not allowed.
  • Partial refunds for dissatisfaction are capped at 50% of the credit top-up amount.
